Find a corp that will run a squad with you - stick with your squad - your deaths should go down tremendously and you should be able to accrue more SP to improve your character.

It's not too bad, but I find the extra high and CPU/PG isn't worth the cost IMO - run Type-II until you get your B-series. Edit: in full disclosure - I do run a couple versions of an A-series fit with complex damage mods for Pub. ambush matches.
